I work alongside leadership teams to make AI real in their business. Not a strategy deck: working systems in the parts of the business where the money and the time actually go.
How it works
We meet in sessions of one hour. Each session has one job: a decision to make, a process to redesign, a system to build in front of your team so they can run it without me. Between sessions your team does the work, and I stay close enough that nothing stalls. The aim from the first session is that you need me less, not more.
Three ways it runs
Thinking partner. One leader, one decision at a time. You bring the problem, we work it through until the path is clear.
Working sessions. With your team, live. We build or fix the thing in the session, and you leave with something running.
Standing engagement. A transformation programme across several parts of the business, with priority scheduling, access between sessions and exclusivity in your category.
Who it's for
This is built for organisations whose annual revenue or spend is in the hundreds of millions of US dollars and up: the scale where a single process fixed well pays for the whole engagement. I keep three hours a week for this work and take on at most three organisations at a time.
