I build and run software businesses in Malaysia, and I've spent the last few years putting AI to work inside them: in how we sell, how we serve customers, how we keep the books, and how we decide.

Not demos. The daily plumbing of a business, where a process fixed well keeps paying every week. Along the way I've had to work out solutions nobody had written down yet. The notes on this site are those solutions, with client names and figures removed so they can be shared.

I keep three hours a week for working with other organisations, and take on at most three at a time. If that's you, the details are under Working with me. If it isn't, everything here is free, and Start here is written for you.

Practicalities

I work from UTC+8. Sessions are held in windows that suit the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, agreed once at the start of an engagement. The only way to reach me is the message form: it opens a private thread that nobody else can read, and my reply appears there.
